Just the other day I was at the cabin, getting it ready for another weekend. I was having a cup of coffee at the kitchen table and something caught my eye. There was a turkey just about to go on the patio. She noticed I was there at my first movement. I went as quitely as possible to get my camera….
by then she was heading north in the driveway. I was able to get these shots out the cabin window, but by the time I got back to the door she was no where to be seen. Seriously, you’ll never walk right up on a turkey. They know what’s going on around them and they are fast, too.
Wow! I thought turkeys were a little fatter.
